Emotional intelligence or EQ which includes skills such as self-awareness, self-expression, stress management, interpersonal skills, and decision making. Increasing your EQ awareness is guaranteed to enhance an employees professional development programme. Similar to the EQ-i 2.0 the EQ 360 measures the same EQ competencies.
It is a confidential self-report assessment combined with feedback from the people that you work with. The EQ 360 is also known as a Multi-Rater Assessment because it combines the employees own perceptions of their EQ with the perceptions of others who know them well and who are 360 degrees around them.
An employee who understands the importance of EQ will demonstrate a high degree of soft skills and will tend to be empathetic, have great communication skills and will respond well to workplace stress and unexpected change. How does the EQ-i 360 Assessment Work?
The EQ-i 360 offers professionals a broader range of feedback which allows individuals to explore and develop specific competencies that are associated with career success and effective workplace collaboration. The EQ-i 360 provides clients with a detailed analysis of how they operate emotionally within their team, how they interact with others and identifies areas of strength and potential areas for development.
How long will it take?
The EQ-i 360 assessment is delivered online and typically takes about twenty minutes to complete (the same number of questions as the EQ-I 2.0). Once the online assessment has been completed by the candidate and the candidate’s raters the EQ-i 360 report will be generated and client/s will receive comprehensive and confidential feedback on the results. A typical feedback session will take 60-90 minutes.
