Working in a team

Good facilitation is key to successful meetings and positive group interactions in the workplace. Facilitators are a critical driver of discussions, meetings, team interaction and overall organisational effectiveness. An excellent facilitator is one who begins with the outcome in mind and guides the group, or team, towards the effective conclusion of a meeting, project or goal. This Group/Meeting facilitation workshop is designed to equip employees with the skills and tools needed to facilitate effective and engaging group work, meetings and planning sessions. By encouraging high-level communication and problem-solving skills, good facilitators are a necessary asset to any organisation. In taking this course, participants will gain a deep understanding of the facilitation process, group dynamics and how to direct group work and meetings successfully. This programme is an excellent choice for people who work with groups or who conduct meetings on an intermittent or regular basis. With support from our experienced facilitators, and additional course material, you will improve and enhance your facilitation skills.
