I signed up for a 6 week Train the Train the course last February with New Links Training Solutions in Dublin. I had been working in a Customer Support role for 2 years and had reached the highest level of my role. I was eager to grow within my company and was looking to step up to the next level. The QQI Train the Trainer looked like a good option to get me noticed and I hoped to become a certified trainer in my company.

The course was amazing (and challenging at the same time!). My fellow students were fantastic and we were all a great support for each other. I finished the course in April and around the same time an internal training role became available. Three interviews later, I started my new training job and couldn’t be happier.
