Workshop Outline

This Dignity and Respect at Work workshop is designed to help organisations build a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the core principles of dignity, respect, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and how these values shape employee wellbeing and team performance.

Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practical exercises, this one-day training equips individuals and teams with the skills to foster a respectful and harassment-free environment. You’ll learn how to recognise and address inappropriate behaviour, promote inclusion, and create a culture where every team member feels valued and heard.

Forward-thinking organisations know that building diverse, high-performing teams starts with embedding EDI at all levels. This workshop blends research with practical tools to support inclusive leadership, bias awareness, and collaborative workplace dynamics.
