Train the Trainer Course Outline
The Train the Trainer model is recognised as an industry standard for professionals who train others in the workplace or in a range of further education settings. The skillset needed to deliver effective training interventions is complex and diverse requiring trainers to think critically, interact positively with clients and manage complex group dynamics. The learning and development landscape is constantly evolving, and trainers need to upskill and reskill to maintain their edge in competitive markets.

Our experienced, qualified and hands-on trainers will take participants through an interactive, challenging and motivational experience towards gaining a qualification in training and development. Training Needs Identification & Design (6N3325)
On completion of this course participants will be able to:

Explain the key benefits of Training Needs Analysis at both organisational and individual levels, including improved performance, targeted learning, and enhanced return on investment (ROI).

Evaluate various methods and tools for conducting effective TNAs, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and performance data analysis.

Outline and implement the key stages of a targeted TNA, from initial scoping to final reporting.

Develop a detailed training plan that considers learner suitability, course content, resource availability, and cost-benefit factors.

Analyse the influence of organisational strategy, policies, vision, and mission on training design and workforce development.

Integrate performance management systems to support and align training and development initiatives.
