📘 What is the Train the Trainer Special Purpose Award?
It’s a QQI-accredited course that’s all about helping you become a confident and capable trainer. Whether you’re new to training or have been doing it informally for years, this course gives you the skills (and qualification!) to train others effectively.
🧑🏫 Who is this course for?
Honestly, anyone who wants to get into training or who already does some training in their job. If you’re looking to boost your confidence, improve your delivery, or just get a proper qualification under your belt, this course is right for you.
❓ Do I need any previous experience?
Not necessarily! You just need to be comfortable with written and spoken English. And if you’re handy with a computer, that’s a bonus, since you’ll be submitting some work online. Some additional information regarding eligibility can be viewed here.
💻 How is the course delivered?
It’s all online – super flexible and interactive. You’ll join sessions with our friendly and experienced tutors, get loads of helpful resources, and connect with other learners through our online platform.
📚 What will I learn?
You’ll complete two main QQI Level 6 modules: Training Delivery and Evaluation, and Training Needs Identification and Design. Basically, you’ll learn how to design, deliver, and assess training like a pro!
📝 Will there be exams?
No written exams for this award. You’ll complete assignments and do a practical demonstration instead. It’s all about showing the examiner what you can do!
🎓 Is this qualification recognised?
Absolutely! It’s a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award, recognised nationally on the National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland and internationally on the EQF (European Framework of Qualifications).
